1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and la666 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing the la666 platform at la666.bet, or using any of the services offered by la666, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

3. Account Registration

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on la666. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be permanently suspended, pending balances forfeited and any related winnings voided.

Account Security

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

6. Gameplay Rules

Fair Play and RNG

• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or any other method to circumvent geographic restrictions.

Where prohibited conduct results in financial gain for the player, all associated winnings and bonus funds will be voided and any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. la666 reserves the right to pursue legal remedies where applicable.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

la666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request.
• Identification of the account as a duplicate, secondary or linked account in breach of the one-account policy.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or any other criminal activity associated with the account.

Where an account is closed by the player's own request, any remaining real-money balance (subject to KYC and pending wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances that have not met rollover requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Where la666 is found liable despite the exclusions above, liability shall be limited to the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments to These Terms

la666 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, la666 will provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version of the Terms on the platform with a revised "Last updated" date. For significant changes, la666 may additionally notify registered players via the contact details held on their account.
